Efficacy and Sleep Index Analysis of Venlafaxine Sustained-release Capsule Combined with Mirtazapine in the Treatment of Refractory Senile Depression

摘要目的分析文拉法辛缓释胶囊联合米氮平治疗难治性老年抑郁症疗效及睡眠指标。方法方便选择2017年1月—2019年1月该院收治80例难治性老年抑郁症患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组40例给予米氮平治疗,研究组40例在对照组基础上添加文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、睡眠指标及不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组的患者HAMD评分为(9.45±1.38)分明显优于对照组的(16.24±2.55)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后睡眠质量评分为(7.47±1.31)分明显比对照组的(11.30±2.19)分少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为5.00%明显比对照组的20.00%低,比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,P<0.05)。结论使用文拉法辛缓释胶囊联合米氮平治疗难治性老年抑郁症,不仅能改善患者抑郁程度和睡眠质量,还能有效降低不良反应发生。 Objective To analyze the efficacy and sleep index analysis of venlafaxine combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of refractory senile depression.Methods 80 patients with refractory senile depression were enrolled in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.They were convenient divided into two groups according to the random number table.40 patients in the control group were treated with mirtazapine,and 40 patients in the study group were compared.Venlafaxine was added to the group,and the clinical efficacy,sleep index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the HAMD score of the study group was(9.45±1.38)points,which was significantly better than that of the control group(16.24±2.55)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the study group patients after treatment(7.47±1.31)points was significantly lower than that of the control group(11.30±2.19)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of venlafaxine combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of refractory senile depression can not only improve the degree of depression and sleep quality,but also effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
