摘要
针对当前高校财务报销工作中存在的审批复杂、效率低下等问题,提出了基于工作流的信息化解决方案.对业务流程建模标注(BPMN)进行了介绍,并结合某高校的财务报销审批流程设计了工作流模型.基于Flowable工作流引擎设计并实现了财务报销系统,通过应用表明,该系统能够很好地满足业务的需求,提高了财务报销的工作效率.
In view to the problems of complex approvals and low efficiency in the current financial reimbursement work of universities, an information solution based on workflow is proposed. The business process modeling notation(BPMN) is introduced, and the workflow model is designed in conjunction with the financial reimbursement approval process of a university. The financial reimbursement system is designed and implemented based on Flowable workflow engine. The application shows that the system can well meet the needs of the business and improve efficiency of financial reimbursement.
