摘要
目的比较常规与舒适护理在冠心病患者在DSA室接受介入治疗效果差异,探讨舒适护理的价值。方法2018年1-6月及7-12月各44例冠心病介入治疗患者分别实施常规护理(对照组)及舒适护理(观察组)。结果观察组患者HAMA评分(33.26±1.80)分、总并发症发生率9.09%低于对照组(22.52±1.22)分、25.00%(t=31.830,χ^2=3.990,P<0.05),观察组服务与技术维度得分(42.41±4.46)分、关心和爱护维度得分(39.25±2.69)分、健康指导维度得分、(37.57±1.26)、综合满意度维度得分(5.68±0.86)分,高于对照组的(38.61±2.86)分、(33.84±3.66)分、(28.57±1.99)分、(4.5±0.63)分,(t=4.750,7.960,25.290,7.380,P<0.05)。结论个体化舒适护理能稳定好冠心病介入治疗患者的负面情绪,也降低了患者的并发症,能提升患者的护理满意度,值得选用。
Objective To compare conventional and comfort care in patients with coronary artery disease receiving interventional treatment difference in DSA room, discuss comfort care value. Methods During January to June and July to December of 2018, 44 patients with coronary heart disease interventional treatment were given conventional nursing(control group) and comfort nursing(observation group). Results Patients in the observation group had a HAMA score(33.26±1.80)points, and a total complication rate of 9.09%, which were lower than those in the control group(22.52±1.22)points, and 25.00%(t=31.830, χ^2=3.990, P<0.05). The service and technical dimensions of the observation group were scored(42.41±4.46)points, care and love dimension score(39.25±2.69)points, health guidance dimension score(37.57±1.26)points, and overall satisfaction dimension score(5.68 ±0.86)points,were higher than those of the control group(38.61 ±2.86)points,(33.84 ±3.66)points,(28.57 ±1.99)points,(4.5 ±0.63)points,(t =31.830, 4.750, 7.960, 25.290,7.380, P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized and comfortable nursing can stabilize the negative emotions of patients with coronary heart disease interventional therapy, reduce the complications of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
