摘要
目的探究医护一体化护理模式在预防留置腹腔引流管并发症中的应用价值。方法选取2015年5月-2017年4月该科保留腹腔引流管5~7 d的40例患者设为对照组,该阶段实施传统缝合固定方法及常规外科护理措施;另选取2017年5月-2019年4月该科保留腹腔引流管5~7 d的40例患者设为实验组,该阶段在对照组的基础上实施医护一体化的管道护理模式,比较两组患者相关并发症、疼痛程度以及患者满意度。结果实验组引流管滑脱、管道堵塞、感染等并发症总发生率2.50%,较对照组的15.0%显著降低(χ^2=3.914,P=0.048)。置管1 d、3 d、5 d,实验组的疼痛VAS评分均较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。实验组患者的满意度较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理模式能够有效防止腹腔引流管滑脱,保持引流管通畅,利于减轻患者疼痛,同时还可提升患者满意度,改善医疗质量。
Objective To explore the application value of integrated nursing mode in the prevention of complications of indwelling abdominal drainage tube.Methods From May 2015 to April 2017,40 patients who retained abdominal drainage tubes in our department for 5 to 7 d were selected as the control group.At this stage,traditional suture fixation methods and conventional surgical nursing measures were implemented;another 40 patients who retained the abdominal drainage tube for 5 to 7 d from May 2017 to April 2019 were set as the experimental group.At this stage,the integrated medical and nursing pipeline nursing model was implemented on the basis of the control group,and the related complications and pain levels and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications such as drainage tube slippage,tube blockage,and infection in the experimental group was2.50%,which was significantly lower than 15.0%in the control group(χ^2=3.914,P=0.048).On the 1st,3rd,and 5th days after the catheter placement,the pain VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical care mode can effectively prevent the drainage of the abdominal drainage tube and keep the drainage tube unobstructed,which is beneficial to reduce the patient’s pain,and can also improve patient satisfaction and improve medical quality.
