摘要
目的探讨护理沟通艺术在心理科的应用效果,总结应用体会。方法选取该院心理科2018年3月—2019年3月收治的120例患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均60例。对照组仅给予心理科常规护理,观察组在其基础上充分应用护理沟通艺术与患者进行巧妙沟通。采用该院自制的护理满意度问卷调查表调查出院患者对护理服务的满意度,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA量表)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD量表)评估其心理状态,比较两组患者护理前后的依从性。结果观察组对护理服务非常满意45例,满意12例,不满意3例,护理满意度为95.00%(57/60);对照组对护理服务非常满意32例,满意15例,不满意13例,护理满意度为78.33%(47/60)。观察组护理满意率高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.124,P<0.05)。护理前两组患者的依从性评分、焦虑总分和抑郁总分比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组的依从性评分明显高于对照组,焦虑总分和抑郁总分明显低于对照组,比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理服务中重视护理沟通艺术的应用,与患者进行巧妙沟通可提高其护理满意度、治疗依从性,改善其心理状态。
Objective This article discusses the application effect of nursing communication art in the department of psychology and summarizes the application experience.Methods 120 patients admitted to the department of psychology of the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,each group of 60 cases.The control group was only given routine care in the psychological department,and the observation group made full use of the art of nursing communication to communicate skillfully with patients on its basis.The nursing satisfaction questionnaire made by our hospital was used to investigate the satisfaction of discharged patients with nursing services,and the hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA scale)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD scale)were used to evaluate their psychological state,and the compliance of the two groups before and after nursing was compared.Results In the observation group,45 patients were very satisfied with the nursing service,12 patients were satisfied with the nursing service,and 3 patients were dissatisfied with the nursing service.The rate of nursing satisfaction was 95.00%(57/60).In the control group,32 patients were very satisfied with the nursing service,15 patients were satisfied with the nursing service,and 13 patients were dissatisfied with the nursing service.The rate of nursing satisfaction was 78.33%(47/60).The rate of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.124,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in compliance score,anxiety score and depression score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Compliance score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,and anxiety score and depression score were significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P
