摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板在四肢骨折后骨不连治疗中的应用价值。方法选取该院2016年1月—2018年12月收治的100例四肢骨折后骨不连患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50,传统钢板螺钉内固定治疗)和实验组(n=50,LCP内固定治疗),对比两组患者治疗效果优良率、骨愈合恢复时间、并发症发生率及平均住院天数。结果实验组有效率(98.0%)高于对照组(82.0%)(χ^2=7.111,P=0.008);实验组的骨愈合恢复时间、并发症发生率及平均住院时间均显著小于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定加压钢板在治疗四肢骨折后骨不连中,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,术后骨折愈合效果更好,降低并发症发生率及减少患者住院时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of locking compression plate in the treatment of nonunion of limb fracture.Methods 100 cases of nonunion of limb fracture treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=50,traditional plate and screw internal fixation treatment)and the experimental group(n=50,LCP internal fixation treatment),and the treatment effect and bone healing of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group(98.0%)was higher than that of the control group(82.0%)(χ^2=7.111,P=0.008);the time of bone healing,the average days of hospitalization and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fracture nonunion,can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency,postoperative fracture healing effect is better,reduce the incidence of complications and reduce the length of stay of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
