摘要
在茶叶提取物染真丝的过程中,使用丹宁酸和姜黄两种天然媒染剂,通过改变媒染方法、媒染剂的用量、染液pH值和染液的质量浓度,探讨媒染对染色效果的影响。研究结果表明:这两种媒染剂更适合前媒染工艺,在丹宁酸质量浓度为5 g/L,姜黄质量浓度为0.025 g/L,染液的pH=5的情况下,上染效果最优,且在茶叶提取物稀释5倍时,染得的织物颜色更加饱满。在最优媒染工艺下,织物的耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度和日晒色牢度能满足日常服装需求,且媒染对茶叶上染真丝的上染和色牢度都有一定的效果。
Application of tannic acid and turmeric during the silk dyeing with tea extract was studied.By changing mordant dyeing methods,the amount of mordant,dye solution pH value and dyeing concentration the effect of mordant was discussed.The results showed that two kinds of mordant were more suitable for premordant.When the tannic acid was 5 g/L,the turmeric was 0.025 g/L,and the dye solution pH value was 5,the dyeing effect was optimal.Furthermore,when the dyeing concentration was diluted 5 times,the dyed fabric color was fuller.With the optimum mordant dyeing process conditions,the color fastness to rubbing,to washing with soap,and to artificial light of the fabric were acceptable,and mordant dyeing was effective to the dyeing color and the fastness.
