摘要
目的对两组患儿采用不同治疗方法,探讨遮盖法联合阿托品治疗小儿弱视治疗的效果。方法针对该院2018年4月—2019年7月收治的弱视患儿,从中选择102例作为该次研究对象,盲选法随机分为两组。观察组患儿采用遮盖法联合阿托品治疗,对照组患儿采用遮盖法治疗。观察与比较两组患儿视力矫正情况、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患儿治疗30 d后视力(0.93±0.08)、视力提高行数(2.38±0.27)、眼球矫正球镜度数(5.18±0.76)D优于对照组[(0.70±0.09)、(1.49±0.23)、(3.92±0.77)D],差异有统计学意义(t=4.037、3.972、4.318,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率96.08%高于对照组82.35%,观察组不良反应发生率3.92%低于对照组19.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.603、3.665,P<0.05)。结论与单一使用遮盖法相比,遮盖法联合阿托品治疗小儿弱视效果更加,可以明显降低不良反应发生率,更有效地纠正患儿视力。
Objective To explore the effect of covering method combined with atropine in the treatment of infantile amblyopia in children with different treatment methods in two groups.Methods A total of 102 children with amblyopia who were treated in the hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The blind selection method was randomly divided into 2 groups.Children in the observation group were treated with covering method combined with atropine,while those in the control group were treated with covering method.Observation and comparison of visual correction,total effective rate of treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of children.Results The children in the observation group had better vision(0.93±0.08),improved vision(2.38±0.27),and eye correction power(5.18±0.76)D after 30 d of treatment,which were better than those in the control group[(0.70±0.09),(1.49±0.23),(.92±0.77)D],the difference was statistically significant(t=4.037,3.972,4.318,P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.08%higher than that in the control group,82.35%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.92%lower than the control group 19.61%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.603,3.665,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the single-use covering method,the covering method combined with atropine is more effective in treating amblyopia in children,which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and more effectively correct children's vision.
