摘要
目的分析2μm激光治疗膀胱结石的临床应用效果。方法2017年3月—2018年3月间选取112例膀胱结石患者,按照单双数法分为对照组(n=56)与观察组(n=56),对照组采用气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察组采用2μm激光治疗,比较两组应用效果。结果观察组手术时间(35.21±3.57)min、术中出血量(68.94±11.55)mL、留置尿管时间(3.01±0.68)d、术后住院时间(3.92±0.56)d、碎石成功率(96.85±2.69)%,均显著优于对照组的手术时间(44.96±4.03)min、术中出血量(119.20±12.37)mL、留置尿管时间(4.25±1.13)d、术后住院时间(4.93±1.14)d、碎石成功率(91.42±1.94)%(t=13.552、22.224、7.036、5.951、12.274,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000);观察组并发症发生率为5.36%,显著低于对照组的17.86%(χ^2=4.264,P=0.039);观察组各项生活质量均显著高于对照组(t=10.265、5.684、6.426、7.438、7.676、4.260、8.771,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000)。结论采用2μm激光治疗膀胱结石效果且安全可靠。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of 2μm laser in the treatment of bladder stones.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018 total of 112 patients with bladder stones were divided into the control group(n=56)and the observation group(n=56)according to the odd and even method.The control group was treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with 2μm laser.The application effect was compared.Results Observation group operation time(35.21±3.57)min,intraoperative blood loss(68.94±11.55)mL,indwelling catheter time(3.01±0.68)d,postoperative hospital stay(3.92±0.56)d,lithotripsy success rate(96.85±2.69)%,which were significantly better than the control group operation time(44.96±4.03)min,intraoperative blood loss(119.20±12.37)mL,indwelling catheter time(4.25±1.13)d,postoperative hospital stay(4.93±1.14)d,the success rate of lithotripsy was(91.42±1.94)%(t=13.552,22.224,7.036,5.951,12.274,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000);the complication rate in the observation group was 5.36%,which was significant lower than 17.86%of the control group(χ^2=4.264,P=0.039);the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=10.265,5.684,6.426,7.438,7.876,4.260,8.771,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000).Conclusion The treatment of bladder stones with 2μm laser is safe and reliable.
