摘要
目的探究颜色面部凹陷填充术中应用自体脂肪移植的临床效果。方法于2017年4月—2019年5月这一期间,随机选取该院美容外科门诊治疗的58例颜面部凹陷患者,并按照数字表法分为两组,对比组采用透明质酸钠注射治疗,实验组采用自体脂肪移植治疗,并对两组患者治疗优良率以及二次填充发生率进行比较。结果实验组患者术后3个月、术后12个月二次填充发生率分别为58.62%、10.34%,低于对比组的86.21%、100.00%(χ^2=5.524、47.125,P=0.019、0.000);实验组患者术后治疗优良率96.55%,比对比组的72.41%高(χ^2=6.444,P=0.011)。结论颜色面部凹陷填充术中应用自体脂肪移植的临床效果较好,可使患者二次填充发生率明显降低。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of autologous fat transplantation in color facial depression.Methods During the period from April 2017 to May 2019,58 patients with facial and facial depression were randomly selected from the outpatients of cosmetic surgery in the hospital and divided into two groups according to the digital table method.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection.The experimental group was treated with autologous fat transplantation,and the excellent treatment rate and the incidence of secondary filling were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of secondary filling at 3 months and 12 months after surgery in the experimental group was 58.62%and 10.34%,which were lower than the 86.21%and 100.00%in the comparison group(χ^2=5.524,47.125,P=0.019,0.000);the excellent and good postoperative treatment rate in the experimental group was 96.55%,which was higher than the 72.41%in the comparison group(χ^2=6.444,P=0.011).Conclusion The clinical effect of autologous fat transplantation in color facial depression filling is better,which can significantly reduce the incidence of secondary filling in patients.
