京津冀人口对碳排放的压力:空间格局及变动分析 被引量:15

Population’s Pressure on Carbon Emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region:Spatial Pattern and Change Analysis

摘要 研究京津冀地区人口规模对碳排放的压力问题,对实现京津冀生态环境协同治理具有重要的理论及实践意义。利用指标构建法测算2005-2015年京津冀各城市区域的人口碳排放压力,并采用MapInfo、GeoDa和ArcGIS等空间技术手段进一步分析京津冀地区人口碳排放压力的空间格局及变动。研究结果显示:(1)总体来看,京津冀地区人口对碳排放的压力较大,高于全国平均水平;(2)京津冀地区大多数城市人口碳排放压力趋小,个别城市则有所上升;(3)京津冀地区人口对碳排放的压力存在较为稳定的空间格局,其中唐山、天津和邯郸长期面临着严重的人口碳排放压力;(4)京津冀地区人口碳排放压力的空间相关性逐渐增强,当前呈现出明显的高高、低低集聚态势。需要转变京津冀地区的能源消费结构,大力发展低碳技术,继续开展节能减排工作,加快推进京津冀地区一体化,从而优化京津冀地区人口碳排放压力空间格局。 Studying population’s pressure on the carbon emission in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the collaborative management of ecological environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper uses the index-building method to calculate the population pressure on carbon emissions in various regions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2005 to 2015,and uses spatial technology means like MapInfo,GeoDa and ArcGIS to further analysize the spatial distribution pattern of the population pressure on carbon emissions.Results show that:(1)Overall,the population pressure on carbon emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is higher than the national average.(2)In the past decade,the population pressure on carbon emissions of most areas in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been decreasing,but individual areas have increased.(3)There is a relatively stable spatial pattern of the population’s pressure on carbon emissions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Tangshan,Tianjin and Hebei are facing serious population pressure on carbon emissions for a long time.(4)The spatial correlation of population pressure on carbon emission region has gradually increased in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and there is currently a clear high-high,low-low agglomeration situation.In addition,this paper further proposes to transform the energy-consumption structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,develop low-carbon technologies vigorously,continue to carry out the energy-saving and emission reduction,accelerate the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and optimize the spatial pattern of the population pressure on carbon emission in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
