摘要
接触性皮炎是皮肤科常见疾病。临床上皮疹常表现为不同的表现形式,本文主要针对接触性皮炎的非湿疹样表现(多形红斑样、扁平苔藓样、淋巴瘤样、肉芽肿样等)的国内外研究报告做出归纳,我们回顾了这些特殊类型的接触性皮炎,并总结其预防、发病诱因、诊断、治疗过程。
Contact dermatitis is a common dermatological disease.Clinically,the rash often presents in different forms.This article mainly summarizes domestic and foreign research reports on the non-eczema-like manifestations of contact dermatitis(erythema multiforme,lichen planus,lymphoma,granulomatous,etc.).We reviewed these special types of contact dermatitis and summarized their prevention,causes,diagnosis,and treatment.
