摘要
承卷平台升降装置为高速线材生产线集卷站的关键设备,位于高速线材生产线末端的盘卷收集区。本文对承卷平台升降装置主传动轴频繁断裂的原因进行了分析,并从改变传动轴结构形式和提高传动轴承载能力两方面入手,提出了一种全新的升级改造方案。
The bearing platform lifting device,which locates in the area of coils collection,is the key mechanical equipment of reform station of high wire rod. This paper analyzes the causes of frequent fracture of main transmission shaft of the bearing platform lifting device. At last,a new upgrading design is proposed,from two approaches,changing the structure and improving the load capacity of transmission shaft.
