磁敏感血管征对心源性脑梗死诊断价值的研究

摘要 目的探讨磁敏感血管征(SVS)与心源性脑梗死的关系,探讨其是否对心源性脑梗死有诊断意义。方法方便选取2017年10月—2019年7月符合入选标准的入院48例急性脑梗死患者分,为心源性及非心源性脑梗死两组,并在发病72 h内予以常规头颅MRI、MRA、DWI及SWI检查,记录其患者的一般临床资料及影像学资料,记录磁敏感血管征(SVS)在两组患者中的出现情况,分析SVS是否对心源性脑梗死具有诊断价值。结果在48例患者中,24例(50.0%)观察到SVS。与其他卒中亚型(8/28,28.6%)相比,SVS在心源性脑梗死中(16/20,80.0%)阳性率更高(χ^2=12.343,P<0.05)。结论SVS能预测心源性脑卒中,对心源性脑卒中具有诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between magnetically sensitive vascular signs(SVS)and cardiogenic cerebral infarction,and to explore whether it has diagnostic significance for cardiogenic cerebral infarction.Methods 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction who met the admission criteria from October 2017 to July 2019 were convenient selected and divided into cardiogenic and noncardiogenic cerebral infarction groups,and routine head MRI,MRA,and DWI and SWI examinations were performed to record the general clinical and imaging data of the patients,the occurrence of magnetically sensitive vascular signs(SVS)in the two groups of patients,and to analyze whether SVS has diagnostic value for cardiogenic cerebral infarction.Results Of the 48 patients,SVS was observed in 24 cases(50.0%).Compared with other stroke subtypes(8/28,28.6%),SVS had a higher positive rate in cardiogenic cerebral infarction(16/20,80.0%)(χ^2=12.343,P<0.05).Conclusion SVS can predict cardiogenic stroke and has diagnostic value for cardiogenic stroke.
