摘要
目的观察分析匹多莫德治疗小儿反复下呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法便利选择2018年4月-2019年4月该院收治的72例反复下呼吸道感染患儿,根据治疗方法将其分为普通组和治疗组,普通组行常规抗感染治疗,在此基础上治疗组行匹多莫德治疗,对比两组患者的免疫功能改善情况及治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿的IgA水平为(2.48±0.21)g/L,IgM水平为(2.01±0.16)g/L,IgG水平为(15.07±0.18)g/L,CD4^+/CD8^+水平为(1.51±0.19);普通组患者的IgA水平为(2.11±0.13)g/L,IgM水平为(1.52±0.14)g/L,IgG水平为(12.76±0.23)g/L,CD4^+/CD8^+水平为(1.14±0.21),相比于普通组,治疗组患者的IgA、IgM、IgG、CD4^+/CD8^+等免疫指标改善情况更为明显,差异有统计学意义(t=8.988、13.826、47.456、7.839,P<0.05),治疗组有效率明显更高,为94.44%(34例),与普通组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.181,P<0.05)。结论将匹多莫德应用于小儿反复下呼吸道感染治疗中,可显著提高患儿的免疫功能及治疗有效率,具有较高的安全性和有效性。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of pidotimod in treating children with repeated lower respiratory tract infections. Methods A total of 72 children with recurrent lower respiratory tract infections who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into the general group and the treatment group according to the treatment method. The general group received conventional anti-infective treatment and the treatment group received pidotimod treatment, and the immune function improvement and treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The IgA level was(2.48±0.21)g/L, the IgM level was(2.01±0.16)g/L, the IgG level was(15.07±0.18)g/L, and the CD4^+/CD8^+level was(1.51±0.19);IgA level in the general group was(2.11±0.13)g/L, IgM level was(1.52±0.14)g/L, IgG level was(12.76±0.23)g/L, and CD4^+/CD8^+level was(1.14±0.21), compared with the general group,the improvement of immune parameters such as IgA, IgM, IgG, CD4^+/CD8^+in the treatment group was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.989,13.826,47.456,7.839,P<0.05), the effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher, 94.44%(34 cases), which was significantly different from the ordinary group(χ~2=4.181,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pidotimod in the treatment of children with repeated lower respiratory tract infections can significantly improve the immune function and treatment efficiency of children, and has higher safety and effectiveness.
