摘要
目的:观察个性化护理在腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻患者中的应用效果。方法:选取60例术后粘连性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施个性化护理,比较两组护理前后负面情绪、生命质量和护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均明显低于对照组,健康状况调查简表评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服务态度、护理操作水平和身心舒适度评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理应用在术后粘连性肠梗阻患者中,可减少患者负面情绪,提高生命质量及护理满意度的效果优于单纯常规护理效果。
Objective:To observe application effects of individualized nursing in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgeries.Methods:60 patients with postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group used the individualized nursing based on that of the control group.The negative emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the health status survey score was significantly higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The service attitude,nursing operation level and physical and mental comfort scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the individualized nursing in the postoperative patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction can reduce the negative emotions and improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
