摘要
目的分析利伐沙班在心房颤动患者经射频消融术后抗凝疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将方便选取的2017年10月-2018年10月在该院接受治疗的60例心房颤动行射频消融术(RFA)的患者分为两组:实验组(n=30)、对照组(n=30)。对照组患者予以口服华法林治疗,实验组患者予以利伐沙班治疗。比较两组治疗后凝血功能、并发症及血栓栓塞发生率。结果相较于对照组,实验组血栓发生率明显(3.3%)低于对照组(13.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.980,P<0.05),凝血功能指标中,实验组活化的部分凝血活酶时间(ATPP)、凝血酶时间(TT)明显长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者术后并发症发生率(6.7%)明显低于对照组(30.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.980,P<0.05)。结论利伐沙班可使房颤行RFA患者的凝血功能大幅提高,降低并发症及血栓栓塞率,疗效安全可靠。
Objective Analysis of the anticoagulant effect of rivaroxaban in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation. Methods 60 patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation(RFA) from October2017 to October 2018 were convenienty divided into two groups: experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30). The control group was treated with warfarin orally, and the experimental group was treated with rivaroxaban. The coagulation function, complications and the incidence of thromboembolism were compared between the two groups 7 days after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of thrombosis in the experimental group was significantly lower(3.3%) than that in the control group(13.3%), and the differences was statistically significant(χ~2=3.980, P<0.05).Among the coagulation function indexes, ATPP and TT in the experimental group were significantly longer than those in the control group, and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group(6.7%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.0%). The differences were statistically significant(χ~2=4.980, P<0.05). Conclusion Rivaroxaban can significantly improve the coagulation function of patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation, improve the complications and thromboembolism rate of patients with atrial fibrillation, and the curative effect is safe and reliable.
