摘要
目的探讨同步放化疗治疗不能手术的食管癌及有效性。方法便利选择该院100例2014年1月-2015年6月不能手术的食管癌患者。随机分组,单纯放疗治疗组采取单纯放疗治疗。同步放化疗组则采取同步放化疗,比较效果。结果同步放化疗组的疗效水平80.00%高于单纯放疗治疗组48.00%(χ~2=8.246,P<0.05)。治疗后同步放化疗组Karnofsky评分、不能手术的食管癌生存质量评分(84.56±3.68)分、(92.90±2.57)分高于单纯放疗治疗组(t=5.823、6.231,P<0.05)。同步放化疗组平均生存时间是(27.21±2.79)个月和单纯放疗治疗组(20.57±2.01)个月比较有优势(t=6.934,P<0.05)。同步放化疗组和单纯放疗治疗组毒性反应相似(χ~2=1.933,P>0.05)。结论同步放化疗对于不能手术的食管癌效果好,可延长患者的生存时间和改善患者的生存质量和健康状况。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of inoperable esophageal cancer. Methods Convenient selection of one hundred patients with esophageal cancer who were inoperable from January2014 to June 2015 were enrolled in the hospital. Randomized grouping, radiotherapy alone group received radiotherapy alone. Synchronous chemora diotherapy was used in the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group to compare the effects. Results The efficacy level of the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group was 80.00% higher than that of the radiotherapy group48.00%(χ~2=8.246, P<0.05). After treatment, the Karnofsky score and the inoperable esophageal cancer quality of life score were(84.56±3.68)points,(92.90±2.57)points, which was higher than that of the radiotherapy group, respectively(t=5.823,6.231, P<0.05). The mean survival time of the concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy group was( 27.21±2.79) months,and the radiotherapy alone group had an advantage of(20.57±2.01) months( t=6.934, P<0.05). The toxicity of the concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy group was similar to that of the radiotherapy group(χ~2=1.933, P >0.05). Conclusion Synchronous chemoradiotherapy has a good effect on inoperable esophageal cancer, which can prolong the survival time of patients and improve their quality of life and health.
