摘要
目的分析高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭采用心脏彩超诊断的准确性和价值。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月濮阳市油田总医院进行高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭治疗的72例患者为研究组,同时选取在本院进行健康检查的72例设为对照组,所有研究对象均进行心脏彩超检查,对比两组心脏彩超的检查结果。结果经过对两组患者的检查结果进行分析比较,研究组的收缩压、舒张压、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)以及左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)分别为(155.1±7.2)mm Hg、(92.4±4.3)mm Hg、(31.4±2.3)mm、(52.3±2.7)mm,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的左室重量(LVM)、左室重量指数(LIMI)、左室短袖缩短(LVFS)以及左室射血分数(LVEF)检查结果均低于研究组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏彩超用于诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心衰竭能够准确了解患者的心力衰竭程度、心脏结构以及各项指标的变化情况,有效的提高诊断的正确率,从而为临床诊断以及治疗该病症提供有效、可靠的依据,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the accuracy and value of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure.Methods Selected from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital for hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure treatment, 72 patients for the team, at the same time selection in our hospital for health check 72 cases as control group, heart colour to exceed inspections on all the research object, compared two groups of heart colour to exceed examination results.Results After analysis and comparison of the examination results of the two groups of patients, the systolic, diastolic, LVESD and LVEDD of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The results of LVM, LIMI, LVFS and LVEF in the control group were lower than those in the study group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heart colour to exceed to diagnose hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy patients with left heart failure can understand exactly with the degree of heart failure, cardiac structure and the change of the indicators, effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, thus for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease provide effective and reliable basis, worth clinical promotion.
