基于数据挖掘分析FAM96B在肝癌中的表达及预后情况 被引量:1

Analysis of FAM96B Expression and Prognosis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Based on Data Excavated

摘要 目的研究96序列相似的家庭成员B(family with sequence similarity 96,member B,FAM96B)在肝癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其表达差异与生存预后之间的关系。方法挖掘Oncomine、HPA和Kaplan Meier-Plotter数据库,分析FAM96B在肝癌组织中的表达,并对表达量与生存预后的关系进行探讨。结果FAM96B核酸表达量有统计学差异的研究共164项,其在多种肿瘤中均有表达,表达情况不一致,在结肠癌组织中表达量最高。于20种癌组织中检测FAM96B蛋白,类癌中检出强度最高,肝癌处第十一位。荟萃分析1039个样本发现FAM96B在肝癌组织中表达量较正常组织低。免疫组织化学提示,FAM96B蛋白定位于胞质及核液,且在肝癌中较正常肝组织表达量低。对384例患者生存分析提示,FAM96B的表达量与患者总体生存率无显著相关性。FAM96B表达量对白色人种肝癌患者预后不存在显著影响,但对亚洲人种预后的影响显著。结论FAM96B基因在各种癌症中的表达情况各异,表现出不同的生物学特性,其在肝癌组织中总体呈现低表达。虽然其表达量的高低对肝癌患者整体的预后无影响,但在亚洲人种患者中,FAM96B表达量低的肝癌患者,总体生存时间更短。 Objective To study the expression of family with sequence similarity 96, member B(FAM96 B) in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue and its relationship between the difference expression and prognosis.Methods The expression of FAM96 B in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue and its relationship between expression level and prognosis were analyzed and discussed according to the Oncomine, HPA and Kaplan Meier-Plotter database.Results There were 164 studies with statistical differences in the expression of FAM96 B nucleic acid. The expression of FAM96 B in various tumors were different, and the highest expression was in colon cancer. FAM96 B protein was detected in 20 kinds of cancer tissues,the highest expression intensity was found in carcinoid tumors, which ranked 11 th in hepatocellular carcinoma. Meta-analysis of 1039 samples showed that FAM96 B expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues were lower than those in normal tissues. Immunohistochemical results showed that FAM96 B protein was localized in cytoplasm and nuclear fluid, and the expression of FAM96 B protein in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was lower than that in normal liver tissues. Survival analysis of 384 patients showed that there was no significant correlation between the expression of FAM96 B and overall survival rate. The expression of FAM96 B was not related to the prognosis of white patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, but was related to the prognosis of Asian patients.Conclusion The expression of FAM96 B gene in various cancers is different, showing different biological characteristics. The expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues is lower. The level of FAM96 B expression is not related to the overall prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,but the overall survival time of patients with low FAM96 B expression is shorter in Asian patients.
