摘要
缺血再灌注损伤一直是临床面临的重大难题之一。在诸多疾病及外科手术中缺血再灌注损伤都有可能出现,并导致靶器官功能紊乱、移植器官功能丧失,甚至死亡等严重后果。然而,缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制目前尚不清楚,现有观点认为缺血再灌注损伤与钙超载、线粒体损伤、炎性反应、氧化应激反应等有关。而糖代谢又被证实与能量代谢有关,参与调控炎症和氧化应激等反应,因此,在缺血再灌注损伤过程中必然伴随着糖代谢状态的改变。本文通过对缺血再灌注损伤中糖代谢的变化、作用研究现状及进展进行总结,期望为治疗缺血再灌注损伤提供新的方法和策略。
Ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)has been always a critical challenge that can cause severe consequences such as organ dysfunction,graft failure,even death in several conditions.Nevertheless,the underlying mechanism remains to be further explored.Currently the leading views with respect that IRI is related to calcium overload,mitochondrial injury,inflammatory cascade,and oxidative stress.Meantime,glucose metabolism plays a critical role in energetic metabolism,participates in inflammatory response and oxidative stress.Therefore,glucose metabolism disorder is inevitable during IRI.This review highlights the current mechanistic insights and progresses to the change and effect of glucose metabolism in IRI,expected to offer novel ideas and strategies in treating IRI.
