摘要
针对海上事故区域安全性空间分布特征的分析问题,利用空间信息平台提出适用于事故海域救援风险的空间分析方法。选取长江口处"桑吉"轮遇险事故数据,采用地理编码方法对遇险船舶的事故信息进行空间定位与属性描述,形成事故信息的空间布局。采用改进的缓冲区分析方法对事故点的影响范围进行多环分析与计算,提取事故点周围海域的影响范围图层,再结合海上环境因素数据图层,进行多图层叠置运算,从而获取事故海域救援风险的空间布局情况,最终在GIS平台中集成显示。结果表明,该方法可实现对事故点影响范围提取与搜救危险度空间分布特征分析。
Aiming at the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of the safety of marine accident areas,a spatial analysis method was proposed using a spatial information platform that is applicable to the accidental sea area rescue risk.The geo-coding method was used to spatially locate and attribute the accident information of the ship in distress based on the data of the SANCHI accident at the Chan-gjiang-kou to form the spatial layout of the accident information.The improved buffer analysis method was used to perform multi-loop analysis and calculation on the impact area of the accident point,and extract the impact area layer of the sea area around the accident point.Combined with the marine environmental factor data layer that affects search and rescue,multi-layer overlay operations were performed to obtain the spatial layout of the rescue sea accident risk.The final analysis results were integrated and displayed in the GIS platform.The results showed that this method can realize the extraction of the impact area of the accident point and the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of the search and rescue risk.
