摘要
新商科是在新文科引领下的新商科,是在科技革命、商业业态新发展的大背景下的新思维模式和学科转型升级。为实施好新商科引领下的商科专业教育,既要守正,又要创新。实施新商科教育,需要有新认识、新范式、新技术、新体系、新过程、新平台、新举措。新认识旨在引入并加强技术教育、实用教育、道德教育;新范式强调以学习者为中心;新技术着重强调引入人工智能;新体系旨在重新塑造商科课程体系;新过程旨在革新教育理念、制度、方法等;新平台旨在打造产教融合的行业学院;新举措旨在为改革提供制度约束和激励动力。
The New Business Studies belong to a new subdiscipline under the guidance of the New Liberal Arts.Such a new subdiscipline is a new transformation and discipline upgrading under the background of the scientific and technological revolution and new development of commercial operations.In order to carry out the specialty education under the guidance of the New Business Studies,we should not only keep the essence of conventional education approaches,but also innovate new elements.The implementation of the New Business Studies requires new understanding,new patterns,new technology,new curriculum,new process,new platform and new measures in education.The new understanding aims to introduce and strengthen technical education,practical education and moral education;the new patterns focuson the centralization of the learners;the new technology emphasizes the introduction of artificial intelligence;the new system is designed to reshape the business curriculum system;the new process manages to innovate educational concepts,systems,methods,etc.;the new platform is to build an industry-college integrating institution;the new measures help to provide systematical constraints and motivations for reforms.
