摘要
河南省在实施乡村振兴战略过程中存在农民收入偏低、农村人才流失严重、农产品供需矛盾凸显、农村基础设施薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,建议从树立乡村振兴创新理念、内育外引振兴乡村人才队伍、"品牌+互联网"培育农业新动能、多方联动打造农业新业态等方面寻找解决路径。
Problems arises in the process of rural revitalization in Henan province,including low income from agriculture,serious brain drains in rural areas,prominent contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural products,poor rural infrastructure,etc.To deal with these problems,it is suggested to seek solutions from the following aspects,such as establishing innovative concepts of rural revitalization,introducing and nurturing the new rural talent team,cultivating new agricultural dynamics via the brand and the Internet mode,and creating new agricultural formats by multi-lateral cooperation.
