摘要
中华鳖是我国特有的名贵水产经济动物。钙、磷和铁矿物质元素可直接或者间接参与体内多种酶的活动,对生长发育和代谢活动进行调节。文章综合国内外文献关于中华鳖对钙、磷和铁矿物质元素的需求,从中华鳖的营养和抗氧化系统及免疫学层面进行研究,对中华鳖饲料中钙、磷和铁矿物质元素的水平和组成提供参考数据,以期促进中华鳖饲料业的发展,进而推动中华鳖养殖业的发展。
Soft-shelled turtle is a special economic aquaculture in China.Calcium,phosphorus and iron mineral elements are important nutritional factors required for the growth and development of soft-shelled turtle.It directly or indirectly acts on various enzymes in the body to regulate the physiological and biochemical processes in the body.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures on the requirements of soft-shelled turtle for calcium,phosphorus and iron minerals,the article studies the nutrition and antioxidant system of soft-shelled turtle from the level of immunology,and studies the calcium,phosphorus and iron mineral elements of soft-shelled turtle feed.The level and composition provide theoretical data to promote the development of soft-shelled turtle feed industry,which in turn promotes the development of soft-shelled turtle breeding industry.
