摘要
基于机器人与PLC的IO通讯,实现了机器人在飞机大型框梁类零件上自动制初孔作业过程。采用MFC设计上位机界面,实现对制孔系统参数的设置和状态的监控。现场实际运行测试证明,该系统制孔效果较好,可在零件多种位置实现制孔作业,相比于现有制孔方法效率明显提升,满足飞机大型框梁类零件的初孔精度要求。
The IO communication between robot and PLC was used to realize the automatic drilling process of initial holes on large frames and beams of the aircraft.The MFC was used by the host computer interface to set parameters and monitor status of the drilling system.The actual operation test proved that the system had satisfactory drilling effects,could drill in a variety of positions of the part.The efficiency of the drilling system was improved by comparing to existing drilling method,which meets the precision requirements of initial holes on large frames and beams of the aircraft.
