H3N2与H3N8亚型犬流感病毒研究进展 被引量:6

Progress in research on H3N8 and H3N2 canine influenza viruses

摘要 犬流感病毒(canine influenza virus, CIV)在跨宿主传播后的十余年间,不断发生重组和变异,对于宿主的适应性逐渐增强。而犬作为伴侣动物,其多数组织细胞具有人与禽流感病毒的唾液酸受体,充当着流感病毒"混合器",给公共卫生安全造成极大的潜在威胁。目前可以在犬群中稳定传播的主要有H3N2和H3N8亚型犬流感病毒。本文将对这两种亚型犬流感病毒的流行情况、诊断与防控措施进行阐述,为进一步开展犬流感病毒相关研究工作提供参考。 Canine influenza viruses have been spreading in China for many years, and their adaptability to the host has gradually increased. In recent years, they have maintained a certain seropositive rate in the epidemiological survey reports in several provinces in the country. With the development of economy and the change of life style, the relationship between dogs and human beings is becoming ever closer. The number of dogs in cities is increasing sharply. Dog influenza is a great threat to public health and safety, and the disease also brings certain economic losses to the dog industry. At present, H3 N2 and H3 N8, the subtypes of canine influenza viruses can be transmitted stably in the dog population. This article will focus on elaborating these two subtype viruses in terms of development in epidemiology, diagnosis, and prevention and control of the viruses, in order to provide reference for the related future research on canine influenza virus.
