基于SolidWorks的棉秆输送装置的设计与分析

摘要 针对棉秆枝杈多、硬度和韧度高的特点,设计了专用秸秆输送装置。运用SolidWorks Simulation对其进行有限元分析,通过静态分析与Motion仿真,对各功能部件消耗功率进行测算并进行校核,经过多工况的测试结果显示,在整体的安全系数最低的情况下,整体抗拉强度安全系数为1.5,屈服强度安全系数超标,造成在长时间中间集中载荷侧向力的作用下不安全,建议加强辊齿与辊筒的结合,尤其是中间部分。根据分析校核结果改进了输送辊机构,随后进行了样机试制,通过试验验证软件仿真分析的结论。场地试验和田间试验的结果表明,实际测定的试验结果与分析结论接近,改进后的输送机构可靠性高,能够较好地满足实际作业的需求。 Aiming at the characteristics of cotton stalk with many branches,high hardness and toughness,a special straw conveying device was designed.SolidWorks Simulation was used to carry out the finite element analysis.Through static analysis and Motion simulation,the power consumption of each functional component was calculated and checked.After testing under various working conditions,the results showed that the overall tensile strength was the lowest under the condition of the lowest overall safety factor.The degree of safety factor is 1.5,and the yield strength safety factor exceeds the standard.Therefore,it is unsafe under the action of lateral force of concentrated load in the middle of a long time.It is suggested to strengthen the combination of roll teeth and rollers,especially in the middle part.According to the results of analysis and verification,the conveyor roll mechanism was improved,and then a prototype was trial-produced.The conclusion of simulation analysis was verified by the test.The results of field test and field test show that the actual measured results are close to the analysis conclusion.The improved conveyor mechanism has high reliability and can better meet the needs of actual operation.
