摘要
农村一二三产业融合发展是农业资源优化配置和生产要素重新组合的过程。创新驱动在产业融合发展过程中发挥着重要作用,是产业融合演进的最根本推动因素。在融合萌芽阶段,技术创新与主体创新作用显著,提供了融合演进的内生动力,现代农业技术的创新应用是融合演进关键,培育新型农业经营主体是融合演进核心;在融合发展阶段,市场创新与制度创新作用显著,提供了融合演进的外部动力,市场创新决定了融合的可持续性,制度创新决定了融合的深度和广度;在融合成熟阶段,多种创新驱动组合共同作用,技术创新和主体创新组合推动产业融合持续发展,市场创新和制度创新组合拉动产业融合持续发展。
The integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is a process of optimal allocation of agricultural resources and re-combination of production factors.Innovation driven plays an important role in the process of industrial integration development,and is the most fundamental driving factor in the evolution of industrial integration.In the embryonic stage of integration,technological innovation and main part innovation play a significant role,providing an endogenous driving force for the evolution of integration.Innovation and application of modern agricultural technology is the key to integration and evolution,and the cultivation of new agricultural managers is the core of integration and evolution.In the stage of integration development,market innovation and institutional innovation play a significant role,providing external impetus for integration and evolution.Market innovation determines the sustainability of integration,and institutional innovation determines the depth and breadth of integration.In the mature stage of integration,multiple innovation driven combinations work together,technological innovation and main part innovation combinations promote the sustainable development of industrial integration,while market innovation and institutional innovation combinations promote the sustainable development of industrial integration.
