液力变速箱试验台专用过滤器设计

摘要 液力变速箱由于具有换挡平稳、操作简单、不易熄火等优点,已经被越来越多的工程机械车辆所采用。液力变速箱生产完成需要利用试验台对其性能进行检测,进而来判定其是否达到出厂要求。试验过程中的工作用油在长期循环使用下会被严重污染,进而污染被试变速箱。为了提高工作用油的过滤效率,行业内通常采用在线实时过滤方式。但此过滤,方式容易在过滤器内产生气体聚集[1],经常会出现内部油量逐渐减少、堵塞甚至喷油等现象,造成试验台工作效率低,影响产能,此问题可通过液力变速箱试验台专用过滤器的设计得以完美解决。 The ydraulic gearbox has been used by more and more construction machinery vehicles because of its advantages such as smooth shifting,simple operation and difficulty in flameout.After the completion of the production of the hydraulic gearbox,it is necessary to use the test-bed to test its performance to determine whether it meets the factory requirements.The working oil in the test process will be seriously polluted under long-term cyclic use,and then the tested gearbox will be polluted.In order to improve the filtration efficiency of working oil,online real-time filtration is usually used in the industry.However,this kind of filter is easy to generate gas accumulation in the filter,which often leads to the phenomenon that the internal oil quantity is gradually reduced,blocked,and even oil injection,which results in the low working efficiency of the test bench and affects the production capacity.In view of this problem,the author solved the above problems perfectly through the design of the special filter of the hydraulic gearbox test-bed.
