摘要
简化载荷谱是加速疲劳试验、缩短试验周期的有效方法。在某型民机后机身4倍疲劳寿命试验中,采用平均应力法,将"5×5"载荷谱中的运行次数多、载荷系数较小的载荷通过等损伤折算,简化为载荷系数较大的载荷,将试验实施谱加载端点数减少将近一半,很大程度上减少了试验时间。在此基础上,采用等速率优化方法,将疲劳试验加载时间缩短至原来的62.5%。4倍疲劳寿命试验结果表明,该方法是合理的、可靠的、有意义的,能准确反映结构的真实疲劳损伤,可应用于类似的疲劳试验中。
Simplifying the load spectrum is an effective method to accelerate fatigue test and shorten test period.In the 4-fold fatigue life test of a civil aircraft rear fuselage,the average stress method is adopted to reduce the load with more times of operation and smaller load coefficient in"5×5"load spectrum to a load with larger loading coefficient through equal damage reduction,and reduce the number of loading endpoints of the test implementation spectrum by near half,thus greatly reducing the test time.On this base,the fatigue test loading time was reduced 62.5%by using the equal rate loading method.The result of the 4 times fatigue life test show that the method is reasonable,reliable,meaningful,and can accurately reflect the real fatigue damage of the structure.
