摘要
建设社会主义文化强国是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要目标之一。在全球化迅猛发展的当今世界,文化软实力和国际话语权竞争异常激烈,一个国家奉行什么样的文化立场和原则极为重要。习近平关于社会主义文化强国建设的重要论述科学阐明了全球化时代我国文化强国建设的原则立场,即社会主义文化强国建设必须突出"中国特色"、坚持以人民为中心的价值旨归、维护意识形态安全,同时还要坚持世界文化的多样性发展等,这是新时代我国社会主义文化强国建设的根本遵循。
Building a strong socialist culture is one of the important goals of China’s socialist modernization drive.With the rapid development of globalization,the competition between cultural soft power and international discourse power is extremely fierce.What kind of cultural position and principles a country adopts is extremely important.Xi Jinping’s important statement on the construction of a strong socialist cultural country scientifically clarified the principled position of China’s construction of a strong cultural country in the era of globalization.That is to say,the construction of a strong socialist cultural country must highlight"Chinese characteristics",adhere to the people-centered value,maintain ideological security,and at the same time adhere to the diversity of the development of world culture,which is the fundamental adherence to the construction of a strong socialist cultural country in the new era.
