公司数控车床型号以FTC-10、FTC-30、YK-25E和YJ52T为主,其刀塔结构均为进口六鑫刀塔结构,而加工中车床刀塔故障率占机床本身故障率的50%以上。因此,结合岗位及经验,对该类六鑫凸轮刀塔故障进行电气及机械结构分析,为以后机床刀塔的同类故障处理打下基础,对公司设备维护新人的迅速入行入岗具有积极意义。
