摘要
在机械制造过程中,机械加工的地位越来越重要,且机械加工也逐渐进入了精细化发展状态。我国社会发展迅速,各个行业逐渐倾向于高质量的产品。而要获得高质量的产品,需要提高机械加工的精度,提高企业的综合竞争力。但是,机械加工时总会出现各种人为或难以控制的因素影响机械加工过程。为了保证产品精度符合要求,需要探究在机械加工过程中可能影响精度的原因以及采取合适的措施保证机械加工精度。
In the process of mechanical manufacturing,the status of mechanical processing is becoming more and more important,and mechanical processing has gradually entered a state of refined development.China’s society is developing rapidly,and various industries are gradually inclined to high-quality products.To obtain high-quality products,it is necessary to improve the accuracy of machining and improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.However,when machining,various artificial or difficult-to-control factors always affect the machining process.In order to ensure that the accuracy of the product meets the requirements,it is necessary to explore the reasons that may affect the accuracy during the machining process and take appropriate measures to ensure the machining accuracy.
