户外智能汇控柜温湿度控制方案设计与分析 被引量:6

摘要 由于户外高寒高温等极端恶劣自然环境,户外智能控制柜面临严峻的环境考验。为保证柜内智能电子元器件正常工作,柜内需保持适宜的温度和湿度、不产生凝露。文章采用在柜内设计安装空调、热交换器等温控设备的措施,实现了户外智能控制柜的温湿度控制。实践数据及现场运行表明,选用的温湿度控制方法可靠有效,且性价比高。 Due to extremely harsh natural environment such as outdoor cold and hot temperature,outdoor intelligent control cabinet is facing severe environmental tests.In order to guarantee the normal operation of intelligent electronic components in the cabinet,the cabinet must maintain appropriate temperature and humidity without causing condensation.This paper adopts measures to design and install temperature control equipment such as air conditioner and heat exchanger in the cabinet to achieve the temperature and humidity control of outdoor intelligent control cabinets.Practice data and on-site operation show that the selected temperature and humidity control method is reliable,effective and cost-effective.
