摘要
目的分析下尿路结石行体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)术后并发症发生情况及其影响因素。方法回顾性分析85例行ESWL治疗的下尿路结石患者的临床资料,观察术后并发症情况,采取单因素与多因素分析判断术后并发症的影响因素。结果85例患者术后23例发生并发症,发生率为27.06%;多因素回归分析显示,结石最长径、冲击能量及冲击次数是引起术后并发症的独立危险因素。结论ESWL治疗下尿路结石时受结石直径、冲击等因素的影响,患者术后易发生并发症,需进行干预。
Objective To analyze the complications and influencing factors of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)for lower urinary tract stones.Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with lower urinary tract stones treated with ESWL were analyzed retrospectively,and the postoperative complications were observed.Results Among the 85 patients,23 patients had complications,the incidence was 27.06%.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the longest stone diameter,impact energy and impact times were independent risk factors of postoperative complications.Conclusion ESWL in the treatment of lower urinary tract stones is affected by stone diameter,impact and other factors,and patients are prone to postoperative complications,which need intervention.
