摘要
针对水泥稳定全深式路面就地再生基层技术应用过程的关键问题——旧沥青面层材料和半刚性基层材料如何合理地结合,采用力学试验方法,探讨了旧沥青混凝土掺量和老化程度对水泥稳定再生混合料性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:随着旧沥青混凝土掺量的增加,再生混合料的强度和模量逐渐降低,干缩性能提高;随着旧沥青混凝土老化程度的增加,再生混合料的强度和模量逐渐提高,干缩性能降低;当旧沥青混凝土老化程度较低时,掺量是影响再生混合料性能的主要因素。
Aiming at the key issue of the process of in-situ full-depth reclamation of base course with cement stabilization,which concerns how to reasonably combine the reclaimed asphalt pavement and the virgin materials for semi-rigid base,mechanical test methods were applied to explore the effect of the reclaimed asphalt pavement content and aging degree on the performance of cement-stabilized recycled mixture.The test results show that as the amount of reclaimed asphalt pavement increases,the strength and modulus of the recycled mixture gradually decrease,and the dry shrinkage performance improves;as the aging degree of reclaimed asphalt pavement increases,the strength and modulus of the recycled mixture gradually increase,and the shrinkage performance drops;when the aging degree of the reclaimed asphalt pavement is low,the content is the main factor affecting the performance of the recycled mixture.
