摘要
目的:探讨瓜蒌皮注射液对血清超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)和同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)水平的影响。方法:将2018年1月—2019年5月在南通市第三人民医院收住院的不稳定性心绞痛患者80例作为治疗组,并选取同期80例健康正常者作为对照组。比较两组患者hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、HCY水平。治疗组再随机分为常规治疗组(常规组)和瓜蒌皮治疗组(瓜蒌皮组),各40例,所有患者均予降血脂抗血小板等常规治疗,瓜蒌皮组加用瓜蒌皮注射液治疗。观察不同治疗组治疗前后hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、HCY的水平变化。结果:不稳定性心绞痛患者hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、HCY水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。治疗后瓜蒌皮组血清hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、HCY水平显著低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:瓜蒌皮注射液能显著降低hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、HCY水平。
Objective:To observe the effects of trichosanthes injection on serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),serum lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and homocysteine(HCY).Methods:80 patients with unstable angina pectoris hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were treated as the treatment group,and 80 healthy persons were selected as the control group during the same period.The levels of hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and HCY were compared between the two groups.In addition,patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into routine treatment group and trichosanthes injection treatment group,40 cases each.All patients were given routine treatment such as reducing blood lipid and anti-platelet.The trichosanthesinjection treatment group was treated with trichosanthes Injection.The levels of hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and HCY were observed before and after treatment in different treatment groups.Results:The levels of hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and HCY in patients with unstable angina pectoris were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).In addition,the levels of hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and HCY in the trichosanthes Injection group were significantly lower than those in the routine treatment group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The levels of hs-CRP, Lp-PLA2 and HCY were decreased significantly by trichosanthes injection.
