超临界水系统降压装置的研究进展

摘要 超临界水处理有机废弃物技术近几年实现了工业化应用,但该技术在工业化应用中存在一些问题急需解决。阐述了超临界水系统中4类降压装置的研究进展及应用现状,并对其优缺点进行了评述。毛细管降压方法已经实现了工业化放大和应用,但是其堵塞问题还未彻底解决,而且该方法耗水量大,建议开发研究在线排渣与调压相组合的降压装置,以适应处理含固量较高的有机废弃物的需要。 Supercritical water technology,which was utilized to treat organic wastes,has achieved industrial application in recent years,but there are some problems in the application of this technology that need to be resolved urgently.The research advancement and application status of four types of pressure-reducing devices in supercritical water systems are described,and their advantages and disadvantages are reviewed.Although the capillary pressure reduction method has achieved industrial scale-up and application,the clogging problem has not been completely solved,and the method consumes a lot of water.It is recommended to develop and research a pressure-reducing device that combines online slag discharge and pressure regulation to adapt to the treatment of organic waste that contains high content of solid substances.
