中医护理技术结合高压氧在暴聋中的系统护理效果 被引量:2

The Effect of Systematic Nursing of Tcm Nursing Technology Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in Sudden Deafness

摘要 探究中医护理技术结合高压氧在暴聋中的系统护理效果。选取宜兴市中医医院耳鼻喉科2018年10月-2020年1月收治的50例暴聋患者,按照奇偶数法分为观察组与对照组(每组25例)。两组患者入院后均接受中医护理技术结合高压氧治疗。在此基础上,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用系统护理,对比两组的护理效果。观察组自主症状改善率、治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。暴聋患者在采用中医护理技术结合高压氧治疗的同时,实施系统护理,可改善患者的自主症状,提高治疗效果。 Explore the systematic nursing effect of TCM nursing technology combined with hyperbaric oxygen in deafness.Fifty patients with deafness who were admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,Yixing City Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group(25 cases in each group)according to the odd-even method.After admission,both groups received TCM nursing technology combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.On this basis,the control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted systematic nursing to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.The improvement rate of autonomic symptoms and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).While deaf patients adopt traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,systematic nursing can improve patients’autonomous symptoms and improve treatment effect.
