摘要
新时期企业会计财务管理面临的困境主要包括:缺乏重视度,缺乏内部控制管理模式,缺少必要的会计财务监管体系。提出了新时期强化企业会计财务管理的策略:健全内控制度,创建信息平台,构建人才队伍,对企业会计财务管理人员进行定期培训。企业需要以原有的内控制度为基础来进行改进与创新,并结合企业的实际情况消除一些难以执行且不符合实际的内控条文,再根据企业的发展战略增添一些内控制度。利用高新信息化技术开展会计财务管理工作,减少会计财务人员的工作量,方便企业内部资金的调动。企业需注重优秀管理人才的储备,可通过在人才市场或高校组织招聘会的方式来引进优秀人才。企业需要针对培训工作做好规划,明确培训方式,避免培训流于形式,培训时间可根据实际情况来制订。
The difficulties faced by enterprise accounting and financial management in the new period mainly include lack of attention,internal control management models and necessary accounting and financial supervision systems.This article proposes strategies for strengthening corporate accounting and financial management in the new era:improving the internal control system,creating an information platform,building a team of talents,and regularly training corporate accounting and financial management personnel.Enterprises need to improve and innovate on the basis of the original internal control system,combine with the actual situation of the enterprise to eliminate internal control provisions that are difficult to implement and do not meet the actual requirements,and then add internal control systems according to the company’s development strategy.Use high-tech information technology to carry out accounting and financial management,reduce the workload of accounting and financial personnel,and facilitate the mobilization of internal funds of the enterprise.Enterprises need to pay attention to the reserve of excellent management talents and introduce excellent talents by organizing recruitment fairs in the talent market or colleges and universities.Enterprises need to plan well for training,clarify training methods,and formulate training time based on actual conditions.
