摘要
为了比较SIAS和ISRA表检系统在冷轧产线应用的相似性和差异,以唐钢高强汽车板公司镀锌产线使用效果为出发点,从传感器类型、安装位置、人机交互及质量追溯方面做出对比分析。结果表明,单传感器的SIAS表检系统客户端简洁、设备维护方便、兼顾过程控制、具备缺陷报表导出功能;双传感器的ISR A表检系统客户端自由度高、缺陷检出率高、侧重成品检验、缺陷报表仅限查看。同时,实践证明两者都具备完善的离线回查功能,为质量追溯和质量提升提供有力支撑。
In order to compare the similarity and differen ce of SIAS and ISRA surface inspection system in the application of cold rolling production line,this paper makes a comparative analysis from the sensor type,installation position,human-computer interaction and quality traceability based on the application effect of galvanizing production line of Tangsteel high strength automobile strip company.The results show that the client of SIAS surface inspection system with single sensor is concise,equipment maintenance is convenient,process control is taken into account,and defect report export function is provided.ISRA surface inspection system with dual sensors has high client freedom,high defect detection rate,emphasis on finished product inspection,and defect report is only available for viewing.At the same time,the practice proves that both of them have perfect off-line check function,providing strong support for quality traceability and quality improvement.
