摘要
以冷镦缩径产品出现的炭黑作为研究对象,通过理论分析拉丝、退火、酸洗形成炭黑的成因,并通过实验对比验证,探讨生产过程中形成炭黑的主要影响因素,提出冷镦螺栓缩径困难根本原因是材料表面存在碳化物、致密四氧化三铁层,可通过控制出炉温度、退火炉气氛、酸洗条件,作为预防措施。
Taking the carbon black of cold heading and reducing products as the research object,through theoretical analysis of the causes of carbon black formed by drawing,annealing and pickling,and through experimental comparison and verification,the main influencing factors of carbon black formed in the production process are discussed.This paper proposed that the basic reason for the difficulty of cold heading bolt reducing is the existence of carbide and dense ferric oxide layer on the surface of the material,which can be controlled by the furnace temperature Degree,annealing furnace atmosphere,pickling conditions,as preventive measures.
