摘要
科学技术的高速发展改变了社会形态与产业结构,教师发展也必然会发生翻天覆地的变化"。云物大智"的外部环境,必然对传统人才培养的目标与规格、教学培养的实施与模式、教学评价的维度与标的产生影响。文章基于成果导向教育,由产业需求倒推学生核心能力,由学生核心能力培养重塑教师核心能力。
The rapid development of science and technology has changed the social form and industrial structure,which will inevitably produce earth-shaking changes to the development of teachers.The external environment influences the objectives and standards of traditional talent training,the implementation and mode of teaching training,and the dimensions and standards of teaching evaluation.Based on OBE,this paper tries to make clear the students’core competence based on industrial demands,and reshapes teachers’core competence by cultivating students’core competence.
