燃煤锅炉低NOx改造后减温水增加的原因分析及优化改进 被引量:3

摘要 针对某350 MW亚临界燃煤锅炉在实施低氮改造后出现减温水偏大的问题进行了分析。针对燃烧器一次风/粉偏差大、一、二次风混合不及时等问题,完成了对燃烧器本体结构的优化改进工作,并通过数值模拟手段对改进方案实施了验证。最终实炉改造的工作获得了预期的效果。 In this paper, the problem of desuperheating water increase in a 350 MW subcritical coal-fired boiler after the implementation of low-NO_x transformation is analyzed. Aiming at the problems of large deviation of primary air/pulverized-coal and untimely mixing of primary air and secondary air, the optimization and improvement of burner body structure was completed, and the improvement scheme was verified by numerical simulation. At last, the expected effect is obtained.
