摘要
本文提供了一种合成2-取代呋喃和2,5-二取代呋喃的方法,即通过碘代烃与末端炔丁醇发生Sonogashira偶联反应,生成3-炔-1-醇,再在Dess-Martin Periodinane的作用下发生异构环化得到一系列2-取代呋喃和2,5-二取代呋喃类化合物。通过该方法得到4种目标物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS得到确证。
A new method for synthesizing 2-substituted and 2,5-disubstitued furan had been devoloped.Starting with iodohydrocarbon and alkynyl-terminated butanol,an intermediate product 3-alkynyl-1-ol was given after Sonogashira coupling reaction.Then performing isomeric cyclization reaction under action of Dess-Martin Periodinane to obtain a series of 2-substituted furan or 2,5-disubstituted furan compounds.Four target compounds were obtained through this method,and all products were determined by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS.
