摘要
文章探讨了传统特色街区更新理念的转变和以社区自组织为主的社区营造内涵,通过分析政策的发展方向及自组织的困境与成因,保留大部分原住居民,改善其物质与精神需求,同时保持传统街巷风貌和文化景观,提出自组织可持续发展的可行性思路。
This paper explores the transformation of traditional featured neighborhood renewal concepts and the connotation of community self-organization,and analyzes the development direction of policies and the dilemmas and causes of self-organization to retain most indigenous residents and improve their material and spiritual needs.At the same time,while maintaining the traditional street style and cultural landscape,it puts forward the feasible ideas for self-organizing sustainable development.
