摘要
含硫化氢和氨的典型恶臭气体处理是当前工业废气处理的难点和热点。本文首先系统论述了恶臭气体来源与危害、以及相关处理技术,涉及物理法、化学法、生物法等多种除臭技术。在此基础上,本文设计开发了吸收与干法吸附联合的工艺方法处理含硫化氢和氨的恶臭气体,并进行试验研究。试验结果表明,本文所建立的工艺方法可同时实现硫化氢、氨气两种典型恶臭气体组分的深度脱除,优于国家排放标准。该方法可直接推广应用于恶臭工业废气的深度处理,对保护人民生命健康和生态安全具有重要意义。
At present,the malodorous gas treatment containing hydrogen sulfide and ammonia is the difficulty and hot spot in the field of industrial waste gas treatment.The source and harm of malodorous gas was introduced briefly,and the related processing technology was discussed systematically in this paper,involving the application of physics,chemistry,biology and other disciplines.Based on the above description,a combined process of absorption and dry adsorption to treat malodorous gases containing hydrogen sulfide and ammonia was designed and researched through experiment.The experimental results show that the process established in this paper can achieve the deep removal of two typical malodorous gas components,hydrogen sulfide and ammonia,which is superior to the national emission standards.More importantly,the method can be directly applied to the advanced treatment of malodorous industrial waste gas,which is of great significance for protecting people’s health and ecological safety.
