摘要 某660 MW超临界机组汽动给水泵系统在调试试运行过程中,出现汽动给水泵前置泵轴窜动量大、机械密封装置动静环磨损、水泵汽化、泵组热态启动振动大,以及小机挂闸不成功、低压调节阀抖动、交流润滑油泵电流大等问题。分别对以上现象进行原因分析,并提出处理措施。处理后,以上问题均得到有效解决,满足汽动给水泵系统长周期稳定运行要求。 Problems such as front pump shaft moving too much, the dynamic and static ring wear of mechanical seal device,the water pump evaporation, the large vibration under the hot operation of pump set, small turbine latching unsuccessfully,low control valve shake and large current of AC lubrication oil pump occur in the test running of steam feed pump of 660 MW supercritical unit. The reasons of the problems has been analyzed and the effective treatment measures are presented.The operation of steam feed pumps can meet the long period stable running requirements.
