摘要
对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD),西医多采用COPD全球策略(GOLD)分级治疗方法,但不能逆转肺功能进行性降低,且带来较大的副作用。近年来,随着人们对COPD认识的逐步加深,中医外治法在治疗COPD方面取得了显著的效果,本文对近年来中医外治法在治疗COPD方面的研究进展进行简要概述,为临床应用提供更多依据。通过检索CNKI、万方、维普等数据库,选取国内外近5年来具有代表性的相关文献,从针刺、艾灸、穴位敷贴、穴位埋线等方面总结中医外治法治疗COPD的实验及临床研究进展,并指出目前相关研究中所存在的问题和不足,从而为进一步研究提供了思路。研究表明,中医外治法可以改善COPD患者临床症状、肺功能及提高生活质量,是有效且安全的治疗方法。
For chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),western medicine mostly adopts COPD global strategy(GOLD)graded treatment,which cannot reverse the progressive decrease of pulmonary function and brings great side effects.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of people′s understanding of COPD,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment has made a significant effect in the treatment of COPD.This paper gives a brief overview of the research progress in the treatment of COPD by TCM external therapy in recent years to provide more basis for clinical application.Databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,CQVIP have been searched and the representative related literatures in recent 5 years at home and abroad have been selected.The experimental and clinical research progress in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by TCM external treatment has been summarized from the aspects of acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application,acupoint embedding and so on.It is shown that the TCM external therapy can improve the clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and is an effective and safe method of treatment.In the meantime,this paper COPD and deficiencies in the current studies,thus provides a way of thinking for further research.
